Counselling services

“Iā€™m honoured to witness the people I work with deepen their relationship with themselves and positively transform their lives.” – Michelle Date

Michelle provides a supportive and collaborative environment where you can discuss your problems and concerns, and work on what you identify as being the most important issues for you. Her services are LGBTIQ+ inclusive.

What happens in a counselling session?

Michelle provides a confidential, safe space to work through what you would like to address.

Your first session will focus on you talking about what has brought you to counselling and the changes you would like to make in your life. It is often helpful to identify goals for counselling.

Michelle will support you to explore solutions and develop strategies towards your goals.
